Gift voucher Looking for a special gift? We can offer you a gift voucher for one or more nights at Le Moulin de Douzy! The voucher can be filled in on a fixed date or we can arrange a future date. The beneficiary receives the gift voucher with all necessary details.

 

Good agreements make good friends

Stay
The rooms and lodging houses are available from 4 o’clock in the afternoon and we would kindly ask you to clear the room at half past 10 in the morning at your departure.

Pets
If agreed, pets are allowed by paying an extra surcharge of 30 euros a week. It is of course your responsibility to look after the pets and we kindly ask you to not leave the pets alone in the lodging houses or the garden.

Reservation and payment

Concerning the lodging houses:
Booking is only valid, when a minimum of a 25% deposit is paid. The other 75% needs to be paid 4 weeks before your stay. If you book 4 weeks before your stay, you have to pay the full amount of your stay.
Concerning the rooms, we ask you to pay the following deposit:

• The rent of 1 night for a stay of 1 to 3 nights.
• The rent of 3 nights for a stay of 4 nights to a week.
• The rent of a week for a longer stay than aforementioned.

You are allowed to pay the unpaid amount in advance or at your departure.
It is not possible to pay by credit card and at your reservation we provide you with all necessary details concerning the invoice or details to transfer the necessary amount.

Cancellation of the reservation
In order to avoid unpleasant surprises, we advise you to conclude a cancellation insurance:

• Up to 6 weeks before your stay, you have to pay 25% of the reservation costs.
• Up to 2 weeks before your arrival, you have to pay 50% of the reservation costs.
• 2 weeks before your stay, you have to pay the full amount.

 

Deposit
Concerning the lodging house, you have to pay a 200 euros deposit. At your arrival, it is recommended to run through the inventory of the lodging houses carefully, as to avoid discussion at your departure and to be able to receive your deposit fully.

Energy
Concerning the lodging houses, 6kWh electricity is included for a long weekend and for one week this amounts to 12kWh. Extra consumption is to be paid at 0,25 euros/kWh.
Other sorts of energy like hot water and gas are included. In the winter, an extra surcharge can be asked for the use of wood.

Responsibility
Your stay at our domain is of course also our responsibility and we ask you to have respect for everything at your disposal. Under no circumstances are we responsible for accidents or incidents, caused by one of the tenants.  We also want to stress that playing children in the two watercourses are within the full area of their parents’ responsibility.
